Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
Cepingku ("we", "us", "our") operates cepingku.com/en and the assessments, tools, and pages available on it (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We designed the Service to work without requiring an account. We collect:
- Test responses and results. Your answers, computed scores, and the report we generate for you, tied to an anonymous session and a private share link — not to your name or a login.
- Email address (optional). If you voluntarily submit your email to receive a free report by email or unlock a promotional offer, we store that address and associate it with the relevant test result.
- Payment information. If you purchase a full report, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Creem. We never receive or store your card number, CVC, or full billing credentials — only a payment confirmation and order reference.
- Technical and usage data. Standard server logs and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected automatically when you use the Service.
- Cookies. A session cookie so you can resume an in-progress test, and (where enabled) analytics cookies to help us understand aggregate usage. See Section 6.
2. How We Use Information
- To score your assessment and generate your report
- To process payment and deliver purchased reports
- To send a report or requested content to an email address you provide
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Service
- To communicate with you if you contact us
We do not use your test responses to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases:
- Contract: to provide the assessment and report you request
- Consent: for optional email capture and non-essential cookies
- Legitimate interest: to secure and improve the Service
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Creem — payment processing for paid reports
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store data and run the Service
- Analytics providers — aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics
We do not share your test answers, results, or email address with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
5. Data Retention
Test results are retained, tied to your private share link, so you can revisit your report. Email addresses submitted for report delivery are retained until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies: an essential session cookie that lets you resume a test in progress, and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics cookies that help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Service will still function, though resuming an in-progress test may not work without the session cookie.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing
California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those in your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
