Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Cepingku ("we", "us", "our") operates cepingku.com/en and the assessments, tools, and pages available on it (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We designed the Service to work without requiring an account. We collect:

2. How We Use Information

We do not use your test responses to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases:

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

We do not share your test answers, results, or email address with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

5. Data Retention

Test results are retained, tied to your private share link, so you can revisit your report. Email addresses submitted for report delivery are retained until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies: an essential session cookie that lets you resume a test in progress, and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics cookies that help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Service will still function, though resuming an in-progress test may not work without the session cookie.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those in your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
